The eFX sales team, in the Securities Division, is a critical component of our FX Sales and Trading Franchise. The team is seeking an Analyst to join in New York. The sales team is responsible for the distribution of electronic liquidity to our external clients. As well as developing algorithms to allow our clients optimal access to external pools of FX liquidity. Client access our GS FX Liquidity via multiple channels including Marquee Trader, external venues and direct API integrations. The eFX sales team works in partnership with all FX sales and FX trading to maximize client penetration and revenue generation. Key responsibilities of the role include: Key distribution of all electronic FX products including Marquee Trader, direct APIs and third party vendors Client acquisition and relationship management including active client coverage, product demos and market interaction Work with various teams such as FX Sales, Trading, and Product Development to promote new business Understand competitive landscape, innovate and drive our external products forward Assist in identifying features, functionality and design ideas for our electronic product suite Network internally and externally to understand market dynamics and build relationships to grow our client franchise

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of experience Detail-oriented along with ability to manage projects and client relationship coverage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as the role requires coordination and relationship development with various teams and client types Strong interest and understanding of electronic workflow Solid work ethic and positive motivation level Prepared to drive projects & initiatives Creative mindset and resourcefulness to solve specific client issues in the electronic FX space Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving ability FX market knowledge a plus Electronic market knowledge a plus Sales and relationship management skills Motivation and tenacity
