Digital Finance Description

Digital Finance, a subdivision of CCBD, is composed of the firm's digitally-led consumer businesses which include the global online consumer deposits business and the US online consumer lending business, the firm's first-ever direct-to-consumer platform built from the ground up. Digital Finance combines the strength and heritage of a 149-year-old financial institution with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a tech start-up. This unique dynamic allows us to help our customers achieve financial progress through customizable solutions that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Your Purpose

You are an expert in retention marketing, thrive on segmenting and evaluating customer data into actionable recommendations, and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.

You will develop strategy and manage execution to increase retention and drive loyalty. You will develop and manage proper tagging/tracking, testing planning, and implementation; ensure all relevant campaigns are tracked and that infrastructure to do so is functioning correctly.

Your Retention initiatives will include customer engagement, experience, and retention management. Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Marketing strategy & insight generation
  • Campaign planning & execution
  • Creative and content development
  • Management of offers and promotions
  • Retention program development & management
  • Reporting & tracking
  • Partner with contact center and marketing operations


Your Capability
  • 5+years of marketing experience
  • Experience in marketing execution, with digital marketing a plus
  • Customer centric, consumer needs based marketing approach
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns across channels
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, matrixed team relationship management
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytic skills; ability to manage to P&L objectives
  • Bachelor's Degree required
