Project Manager/PMO - Recruiting Technology - Cross Div Business Solutions

VP Project Manager/Business Analyst. This role will be responsible for the following:

o Business analysis
o Deep dive analysis on processes/workflows
o Suggest enhancements and document requirements where needed to streamline
o Data analysis to assess
o Testing
o Reporting
o Prepare summary on trends and themes we are observing in the data


• Strategic engagement with application development teams to provide timely end-to-end delivery of appropriate platform solutions
• Interface with application and development community to analyze and resolve escalations
• Provide technical guidance on established infrastructure best practices to IT community and business
• 5 -10 Years in business analysis/project management or relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to hold self and others accountable for assigned tasks and issues while maintaining teamwork and a professional environment

• Energetic and self-motivated
• Able to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
• Able to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions for the business
• 2-3 years experience in an IT Project Manager role leading and executing projects using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies required
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and day-to-day activities for self and project team members with the flexibility to change as needed
• Ability to analyze business processes and how they interface within the company infrastructure
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience; Project Management experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with managing performance, availability and scale
• Proven experience with all stages in SDLC and production lifecycle of large systems
• Other: PMP Certification preferred
