If so, this role is for you. We are seeking a product strategy or product marketing professional to join the Lending Product Strategy & Customer Experience team to help us enhance and grow the business.

You will help create products and product features based on deep customer and market insights in an agile, digital environment.   • Define, launch, and manage new loan product features and enhancements, from market and consumer research and business case to implementation that achieve customer, growth, and P&L goals
  • Conduct customer research, market and competitor analysis to understand consumer needs/pain points and market opportunities
  • Understand drivers of P&L performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Promote a seamless and compelling multi-channel customer experience through all touchpoints of the customer journey
  • Develop and own implementation of post-booking engagement marketing communications strategy
  • Ensure unique and consistent positioning of the product in the marketplace
  • Partner closely with Product Management to ensure product features and experiences are built in an agile environment as defined

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years' experience in digital financial services/consumer lending product strategy, product marketing and customer experience in online credit, lending, risk management, compliance/regulatory, or payments
  • Track record managing/launching products/experiences in the consumer lending space that drive business impact
  • Deep customer focus and experience with consumer research and understanding and identifying customer needs
  • Highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded. Ability to solve complex problems in an organized and swift way, while employing an understanding of the consumer finance compliance environment
  • Extraordinary communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
  • Superior interpersonal skills with a passion for leading and participating in diverse teams
  • Team-oriented with an ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
