SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years legal experience in a leading law firm or financial institution
- Strong structured finance experience with good knowledge of structuring and execution of asset backed transactions across a range of asset classes, together with the related regulatory background.
- Some experience of working with sophisticated derivatives
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in accessible way
- In-house experience (permanent or through secondment)
- Able to respond and be flexible to client demands whilst adhering to firm policies and group practices
