RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Talent Advisor teams work closely with their assigned divisions' leadership to address all aspects of people-related needs and strategy. In this role, you will partner with Federation division on areas like compensation, performance management, recruitment, talent identification and management and succession planning. You will work closely with HCM colleagues in regional and global functional teams, acting both as the advocate of your assigned divisions within HCM, and also as a representative to those divisions on HCM services. As a senior member of the Talent Advisor team, you will take a leadership role amongst the group, mentoring and directing the work of other Federation Talent Advisors.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to succeed in a hands-on, challenging role. Building partnerships, driving consensus and facilitating dialogues are key factors for success, so candidates should have a record of successfully delivering solutions through a group/team approach. Individual contributors without the ability to engage others will struggle with this role.

The successful candidate will have a proven human resources background from a fast-paced, creative environment, whether in financial services or another numerically-driven industry like technology. They will be able to combine excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and service orientation with sound data and analytics abilities, and will be comfortable with ambiguity and pressure. They will also possess:

  • At least ten years of prior relevant experience, preferably as a business partner or in reward
  • Leadership/management experience
  • Attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgement
  • High proficiency at analyzing data sets to draw out answers/themes and an advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; other Asian languages advantageous but not essential
  • Degree qualification
