The Global Mobility Services (GMS) assists and supports employees and their families when relocating to a Goldman Sachs office. A major focus of the role will include operational and project management responsibilities including generating cost estimates, administering GMS Payroll, process improvements and communications. Requires ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong focus on analytical skills, client-service, proactively resolving issues and attention to detail.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As a member of Global Mobility Services (GMS), you will work with the members of the Global GMS teams in Bangalore, London, New York and Hong Kong, helping to manage key operational activities including cost estimates, payroll and reporting. Additional responsibilities include:
Generate cost projections and payroll administration for mobility assignments
Revaluation of expatriate allowances (incorporate changes for FX rates, promotions, inflation and compensation)
Manage campus hire payment feeds ,reconciliations and communications with recruitment and compensation accounting teams
Helping to coordinate periodic mobility approvals process for Senior Management
Risk management (SOX reporting; BCP certification; Payroll reconciliations)
Coordinate and support basic user access management, drive automation initiatives to enhance cost estimates and payroll processes
Conduct user acceptance testing and drive strategic projects, generate reports and metrics
Manage I-9/Work authorization processes for SLC office
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
Strong analytical skills, highly detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel & Word)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly inquisitive and enthusiastic team player
Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects & ensuring the delivery of high quality work
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
Ability to analyze data and make judgments based on GS policies and standards
Preferred Qualifications One to three years of office experience preferred
Experience with mobility or international assignments preferred
High level of maturity, demonstrated ability to manage confidential information
Flexibility to work across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
