RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Within the GSAM Americas Client Business, the Liquidity Solutions team provides investment solutions to a range of institutions for their liquidity needs on a direct basis and through intermediary partners (e.g., bank intermediaries and independent portal providers).
The Liquidity Solutions Regional Director is responsible for calling on treasury departments within a range of institutions including corporations, local, state, and federal governmental agencies, and various other entities for balance sheet liquidity management mandates and has responsibility for relationship management and new business development. The role consists of marketing GSAM products including money market and fixed income mutual funds, separately managed accounts, the GS Liquidity Solutions Portal and other technology solutions. This position requires the ability to position Goldman Sachs' solutions to senior decision makers within the appropriate functional area of these institutions.
States within territory: Portions or all of Northern CA, WA, ID, MT, WY, OR, NV, Western Canada
- 7+ years of financial sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of money market and fixed income markets
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain high level of activity within territory
- Strong ability to coordinate Firmwide relationships
- Some travel required
- Proficient in CRM applications
- Series 7 and 63 required
- Compliance oriented
