As we build a leading digital consumer bank and expand into new products and partnerships, we are looking for leaders and individual contributors to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform process and customer interaction evaluations to ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, procedural and customer experience standards
  • Identify root causes of quality issues discovered through the evaluation process and present recommendations for improvement
  • Provide feedback on procedural soundness and conduct risk assessments of business initiatives
  • Help coach and develop agents via written feedback
  • Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure alignment with business policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with business partners and facilitate meetings to discuss findings and remediation steps

  • Passion for attention to detail and problem solving
  • 1+ year related Quality Assurance experience
  • Results and delivery oriented, as indicated by progressively seeking out larger responsibilities
  • Familiarity with banking regulations such as TILA and ECOA
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a high pace environment with competing priorities
  • Experience with interacting with all levels of organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field or equivalent military experience
  • 3+ years experience in a QA / QC compliance role at a financial institution
  • Ability to balance achieving individual goals and collaborating with the team
