Consisting of Corporate Services and Real Estate (CSRE) and the Office of Global Security (OGS), our teams drive productivity and enable the firm's flow of business while ensuring its safety and security. CSRE acquires, develops and manages the firm's global real estate portfolio and delivers innovative market development, document management and hospitality related services to internal partners in the firm. The Travel Services team is responsible for the firm's global travel policy and program. The position is responsible for defining, executing and managing the end-to-end technology strategy for Travel Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Principle Responsibilities

  • Own development of the future state vision for the end-to-end Travel technology platforms
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and execute the vision
  • Design and deploy business process improvements across all Travel lines of business
  • Re-engineer existing technology solutions deployed in support of the Travel program
  • Lead business requirements definition and current state analyses during project implementations
  • Provide business oversight and coordination of technology development and testing activities
  • Lead solution deployments including user testing and change management activities
  • Manage the Travel management information and business information solutions
  • Perform vendor relationship owner (VRO) responsibilities for key Travel technology providers

Experience / Skills

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a related role
  • Travel technology experience advantageous but not necessary
  • Strong program and project management skills with ability to influence key decision makers
  • Effective at shaping technology strategies and implementing initiatives globally
  • Business analyst experience including requirements definition and solutions design
  • Experience implementing business solutions in partnership with technology providers
  • Well organized with ability to work on multiple competing deliverables
  • Can contribute effectively in a dynamic global, virtual team
  • Fast learner with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and able to take ownership for deliverables including the output of other team members
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze problems and plan activities logically
  • Creative thinker able to apply innovative technology-driven solutions to business problems
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and seek dynamic commercial solutions
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
