Digital Finance Description

Digital Finance, a business unit within CCBD, is comprised of the firm's digitally-led consumer businesses, which include the Marcus deposits and lending businesses, as well as the personal financial management app, Clarity Money. Digital Finance combines the strength and heritage of a 149-year-old financial institution with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a tech start-up. Through the use of machine learning and intuitive design, we provide customers with powerful tools that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity to help them make smarter decisions about their money.



As part of your role, you will spearhead the administration of a dialer platform, including standard and customized process-flow requirements. You'll create new outbound campaigns and work with Telephony, IVRs and external system connectors. Other responsibilities include uploading and downloading files into and from the calling platform, monitoring campaigns, reporting and providing managers with insight into performance and opportunities to improve. You will be driving significant business value by ensuring successful outcomes from our outbound dialer campaigns.


  • Develop, implement, and monitor dialer strategy including daily campaigns
  • Continuously improve all customer and management processes related to the dialer and dialer campaigns
  • Partner with key areas like Operations, Technology and Product to drive improvements and ultimately enhance customer experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience that includes professional administration with Telephony systems
  • Knowledge of Ciscodialer software and IVR/VRU and ACD functionality
  • Knowledge of dialer regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and self-motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative thinker who is comfortable working with multi-faceted, complex ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust focus and workflow based on changing priorities and needs
  • An effective team player with the ability to complete tasks and projects while monitoring various aspects of operations
