MORE ABOUT THIS JOBDuties: Associate-Intermediate/VP with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, NY. Manage execution of direct marketing and digital campaigns for the Firm�s financial services offerings and ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards. Work closely with creative and print agencies on campaign creative readiness. Manage the implementation of projects for the Firm�s marketing automation systems. Create requirements, manage timelines and work product effectively to ensure timely and robust delivery of marketing automation system from consultants. Manage dependencies across the Firm�s marketing channels, which includes ensuring the website accurately reflects marketing aims. Lead product management for marketing automation, efficiency and controls while partnering with technology, customer analytics, legal and compliance teams and external technology/data vendors. Enable campaign delivery through use of project management best practices and campaign management tools (such as Adobe Campaign) and marketing data providers. Build and manage campaign reporting dashboards to measure performance against key campaign KPIs. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) Job Requirements: Bachelor�s degree (U.S. or equivalent) in Engineering/ Information Science, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a related project management position in financial services. Prior work experience must include: Managing implementation and roadmap of marketing systems within the financial services industry; Utilizing Adobe Marketing Systems, Acxiom Marketing data and processes; Liaising with legal / compliance professionals to ensure marketing campaigns are in compliance with business and regulatory standards; Partnering with data vendors, credit bureaus, print shop and creative agencies to develop marketing processes and campaigns; Process management definition and implementation skill; Managing large scale projects (i.e. greater than 50 people) involving cross-functional teams across operations, technology, finance, legal, compliance and revenue-generating business teams; Experience should include managing build-out of multi-system processing flows, of various sizes and functional complexity across all stages of a project/program lifecycle from inception to planning and execution to testing to go-live; Experience implementing effective project governance, including planning and project risk management strategies in projects that span across financial services industries control functions (operations, legal, finance, compliance), business leadership and technology support functions for all of these areas; Utilizing knowledge of marketing functions including independencies with enterprise payments platforms, client reference data systems and associated workflows; Direct experience with campaign management; Managing of direct mail process and relationships related to direct mail planning.
