Associate-Intermediate, VP with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Duties: Associate-Intermediate, VP with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ. Responsible for providing/ensuring on-going support to a set of existing systems and reports used across the Firm's Human Capital Management (HCM) division, including Workforce Headcount Enhancer system, which is used for all of the Firm's headcount reporting and analysis. Utilize knowledge of and experience in databases and GUI based systems to advise on existing solutions and processing re-engineering strategies. Serve as a partner to HCM and act as a liaison between HCM and the Technology divisions and ensure that solutions are meeting HCM's ongoing and future business needs. Develop variety of documents (such as functional design, presentations, project plans, etc.) to support strategic solutions needed for execution of HCM process efficiency projects.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in a Science or Engineering field, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: HCM Operational Processes, such as employee data management, data structures, organizational hierarchy and HR core transaction processing; SAP Business Objects Tool; a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS); SQL; Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups) and PowerPoint, to summarize and analyze data; creating functional design documents to solution systems that add efficiency to HCM processes; acting as liaison between Tech and HCM and ensuring user requirements are converted into technical solutions. Must have three (3) years of experience with GUI-based systems.
