Duties: Associate-Intermediate, Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ. Work as a member of the Data Center Analytics and Automation (DCAA) Team, responsible for owning and successfully delivering key global programs and projects in the Data Center Products Group organization. Drive the lifecycle of a product from inception to adoption and act as a liaison between application development teams and business user groups. Work with global service delivery programs that have significant Operational / Strategic impact and transform processes and services. Identify automation and optimization opportunities. Bring in transparency of services to global stakeholders and establish measurable quality parameters for successful implementation. Assess risk, define and report on key measurement indicators. Drive the program with the product engineering and operational teams and clearly demonstrate the value of the program to global stakeholders. Accommodate dynamically changing priorities and ensure successful, on-time delivery of the program as per defined goals. Act as an advocate of focusing on meeting objectives and nurturing a continuous improvement culture.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Must have at least five (5) years of experience with: working as business liaison with application development teams and user groups to define requirements, prioritize enhancements and test product functionality and driving adoption of product across multiple user group prior to product release; discussing product/system development issues with a highly demanding client base; setting client expectations appropriately; assimilating client feedback; and converting them into tangible system/product requirements; developing work process, performing feasibility studies and cost/ benefit analyses; engaging in implementation planning and acting as advisor for new technologies within technology infrastructure operations; designing functional specifications and developing operational flows to ensure solution alignment to tactical and strategic organizational goals; analyzing, managing, structuring, and presenting data for analysis and trending; working within the Technical Infrastructure domain, including experience leading global Technical Infrastructure programs with an ability to inculcate ITIL standards and practices; and leading technical discussions with senior technologists, experience presenting program staffing needs, status and risk across multiple major projects; anticipating potential obstacle and developing appropriate contingency plans; and forming partnerships with cross functional teams by developing shared accountability.
