Duties: Associate with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Jersey City, NJ. Administer the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of Private Wealth Management (PWM) that is used by over 1,800 users including Sales advisors, Compliance and Management – PWM CRM is a cloud based platform (Salesforce) that is very much integrated with various PWM sub-systems including Client Master, MIS, Trading and Reporting. Design, develop, maintain and support the Annual Letter Mailing (ALM) Dashboard that allows for Sales Advisors to attest that account reviews completed with clients as per regulatory obligations. Design, develop, maintain and support Investment Notes and Relationship Notes as a custom solution on Salesforce platform – Investment Notes populates required trade data from appropriate system and allows for an Advisor to capture necessary details. Debug, develop, maintain and enhance the above-referenced systems written in APEX, Visual Force, Java, HTML and JavaScript. Create build-to-deploy changes and enhancements into production. Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, including interacting with end users to elicit requirements and convert requirements into technical solutions and interacting with end users to resolve support issues. Participate as part of a global team on large development projects. Must be willing to work with proprietary technologies, no knowledge of a proprietary technology is required pre-hire.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field. Will accept single degree or any combination of degrees and/or professional experience that are equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have experience with: Salesforce Administration; Salesforce development including APEX, Triggers and Workflow, VisualForce pages, and SOQL/SOSL; application development experience including HTML, Java Script, CSS, JQuery, Java and Web Services; Full Software Development Life Cycle including Agile Methodology; Salesforce Data Tools such as Data Loader; working with business stakeholders directly to be able to understand the requirements; estimating the level of effort involved in software development projects.
