Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Salt Lake City, UT. Interface with Human Capital Management (HCM) business and Technology stakeholders to determine HCM reporting requirements and then build and optimize reporting across various HCM systems. Design reporting platforms for HCM function, such as Talent Reporting, Goldman Sachs University, Performance Reviews and Headcount. Provide support on the headcount, attrition, compensation, talent process for the Firm globally by building/maintaining reports and reporting platforms. Design and develop reporting solutions using Business Objects, provide support on Business Objects architecture, and provide end users access to reports and data. Coordinate data feed flow to HCM systems used by the Firm and to other downstream applications. Work closely with Technology team on developing, testing and migrating updates/enhancements to reporting systems. Build and modify Webi Reports using XI 4.2 according to business requirements. Coordinate full project lifecycles and ensure successful completion of the various phases including due diligence and scoping, use case definition, functional design specification, development, testing using functional and operational test cases, production roll-out and user training.



Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. Will accept single degree or combination of degrees/certifications and/or professional experience that are equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.Must have four (4) years of experience: implementing Business Objects reporting solutions using Web Intelligence Rich Client, Web Intelligence, and InfoView; Business Objects Designer and CMC; managing data reporting projects, including experience holding task owners accountable, driving consensus among stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met; in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); developing solutions for Human Resources; working with Informatica, SQL Server (8/9 & 12), DB2, Sybase IQ, Erwin & TOAD, and Tableau; working on multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining a longer term, strategic focus; presenting findings in written and verbal form.
