Separately Managed Account Oversight team sits within the Asset &Wealth Management Operations business and has primary responsibility of client's portfolio account event, position and cash management, risk management and innovative solutions, and serves as the single point of contract for all operations related client inquiries. Functions cover a wide range of clients and a complex product range, which includes equities, fixed income, currency and derivatives. The group supports portfolio managers, sales and trading and client relationship professionals by providing accurate and timely client account information and overseeing all aspects of operational risk across portfolios.

The Asset Management Change Management team acts a center of project management excellence. As part of the Change Management team, you will be an intricate part of a centralized department of change agents focused on the design, execution and delivery of key initiatives that support the change agenda for the Asset Management Business. We Lead complex and high-priority projects, and manage sponsors and stakeholders with competing priorities, resourcing levels and time constraints across all typical project phases.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Defines and applies governance model (tools and standards)
  • Accountable for overall program plan and monitoring the progress
  • Active management of scope changes and integration into short- and long-term roadmaps
  • Manages program's actual and forecasted budget
  • Actively manages risks and issues
  • Cross-project dependency management
  • Accountable for people and resource management across projects
  • Accountable for stakeholders' communication
  • Reporting of value in support of OKR or KPI targets
  • Auditing of projects to ensure adherence to standards
  • Aligns the deliverables to the program's outcomes including value realization comparison (planned value vs. realized value)
  • Experience with Smartsheets, JIRA, Confluence, or Sharepoint

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience managing large-scale initiatives and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and processes
  • Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Direct hands on and demonstratable experience managing a project leveraging and diligently applying Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Knowledge of other approaches in the delivery space: Kanban, Lean, etc.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful delivery techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Strategic thinking; not only driving program operations but driving program strategy and co-owning execution and outcomes.
  • Ability to advise on strategies and systems requirements to enhance performance and operations.
