Trade Marketing Operation Manager

Your Responsibilities:

市场及渠道营销活动的整合与内部沟通 Integrate trade promotion and internal communication.
• 收集和整理各区域反馈的各项市场信息,定期给到所有trade marketing, brand team以及insight team;Collect and organize the market dynamic and regular feedback to the relevant deportments.
• 按照既定模板整理公司渠道活动及相关系信息,并定期传达给相关给到区域TMK以及销售团队;Integration trade marketing activities and monthly deliver to sales team.
• 渠道营销活动的相应数据收集、整理;Collect and analyze trade promotion data.
• 公司市场调查及其他相关渠道活动的汇总工作。The market research and other relevant trade activity.

渠道营销流程管理与再造 Trade Marketing process management
• 整理目前渠道营销的各式活动方式与沟通方式, 找出提升沟通效率与资源优化的最优模式 Integrate all type of activities and communication, improve the communication efficiency and resource optimization.
• 整合公司内部营销活动资讯(例如: 新品上市、新广告活动、渠道活动、店内活动...等等), 将其以最有效率的方式整合佈达给到区域TMK以及销售团队 Integrate all the activities ( New product lunch, TV advertising, Trade promotion) and communicate to sales team.
• 整合各品类渠道营销活动之活动方案与KPI(含新品分销、渠道促销活动、店内陈列...等), 并将之传达给到区域TMK以及销售团队Integrate category trade promotion and KPI, communicate to sales team.
• 整理各季度工作重点并依据活动进程更新汇报活动进度以及KPI达成状况 Quarterly focus updated.

促销流程的规划实施、监控与管理 Promotion process monitoring and management
• 促销活动票扣流程之规划 Price off promotion planning
• 促销平台的建立与完善 Promotion platform setup and optimization.
• 促销流程各个报表的管理 Promotion platform reports.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
- 大学本科或以上学历,市场营销、工商管理相关专业 University or above degree, major in Marketing, Business Administration related
• 任职经验Working Experience:
- 5年以上医药保健品或快速消费品行业实际的销售或市场工作经验more than 3years hands-on Sales or Marketing experience in Healthcare or FMCG industry
- 1-2年医药保健品或快速消费品行业当地通路行销工作经验为佳1-2 years local trade marketing experience in Healthcare or FMCG industry preferred
- 具有一定的销售团队管理经验为佳Some sales management experience is preferred
• 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :
- 中国市场运作、营销及法规知识China market operation, trading and regulatory knowledge
- 较好的了解零售部分的运作Good understanding of the operation in retail sectors
- 了解销售管理、区域管理、供应链管理及陈列理货知识Sales management principles, field selling, territory management, supply chain management, merchandising
- 对于FMCG及OTC行业渠道营销组织及工作具备一定程度的了解

• 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
- 熟练应用电脑和常用办公软件Strong numeric and computer literate (including MS Office, Lotus Notes etc.)
- 熟练的英语听说读写译能力Fluent in oral and written English
• 能力要求Competency:
- 组织、规划和沟通协调能力Planning, collaboration & communication skills
- 严谨的逻辑思维和分析判断能力Logical & analytical thinking
