GSK Pharmaceuticals

GSK's pharmaceutical products cover vaccines and major therapeutic areas such as anti-infectives, central nervous system (CNS), respiratory and gastro-intestinal and oncology.

We are currently recruiting for a Trade Channel Executive to be responsible for strategically developing and executing annual marketing plans which supports the overall company's direction. This is done across a variety of marketing strategies including cross-portfolio selling, promotional meetings, CME programs, patient support programs and other activities tailored for the retail pharmacy channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommends, develops and execute channel specific cross-portfolio marketing plans and programs for the relevant brands through a variety of multi-channel touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with relevant Marketing/Product Managers, Multi-Channel Lead and Medical Advisors to ensure alignment of brand/operational plans and objectives.
  • Responsible for collating market/competitor data and insights from multiple stakeholders and deciphering and applying to tactical plans in a timely manner.
  • Proactively support the sales team through ongoing communications of marketing programs, bespoke for their respective key customers.
  • Responsible for sales forecasting of relevant products, including preparation of annual advertising and promotion budget (A&P).


  • Degree in Science / Business / Marketing
  • Minimum 4 years sales or marketing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Confident and proven ability to work with, build and develop relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business analytical capabilities and commercial acumen
