Territory Sales Supervisor
Understand and work to the way GSK delivers to the trade in customer facing field roles using the framework and tools provided - Sales Edge; Commercial Execution
Understand the Customers' business and deliver high standards of customer service within defined territory
Develop territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles
Negotiate and influence with customer base to either achieve a sale or change of recommendation for a GSK brand
Competitor intelligence gathering and co-ordination
Create Distributor Infrastructure Strategy and Trade Marketing plans based on competitive intelligence
Category & Brands:
Execution of brand and category strategy within customer base. Deliver merchandising, display and educational initiatives in line with company requirements
Work cross functionally with Marketing, National Accounts and Shopper teams providing insight into customer/expert environment
Deliver NPD launch campaigns, from sell in activities through to sell out mechanics
Support large scale trade events and conferences and deliver educational / training interventions where appropriate
Talent & Culture:
Comply with all standard operating procedures for customer facing roles (adverse events, Write Right etc.)
Apply personal 70/20/10 approach to personal/self development
Coach the field force to ensure "Selling Story" based execution through effective Contact Planning and Reviews
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Min 3 years of experience in sales supervisor position with a reputed FMCG or Consumer Health Company
• Experience in managing distributor, territory and sales force.
• Show strong leadership and team player
• Computer literacy
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in English
