We currently have an opening for a Territory Manager - Pharmacy South Brisbane/Northern Gold Coast. As a territory manager you will drive sales and increase market share through effective execution of in store sales plans and the development of effective customer relationships within our pharmacy channels.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the role will focus on achieving KPI's, HPB's & development plans to optimise best in class execution and assist GSK in achieving sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achievement of set territory sales, market share, distribution & all cycle objective targets
  • Develop and execute Activity Plans in territory
  • Establish and implement efficient call cycle.
  • Determine optimal use of time according to objectives set by account managers and self for specific store objectives.
  • Monitor and report on performance against targets and take action as required
  • Maintain accurate customer records

To be successful in this role you must be a go getter with strong communication and influencing skills. You should have a can do attitude, display sales drive and commercial acumen and be achievement oriented. Proven experience working in a sales role within a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment is essential.
