Stage Artwork Coordinator

Your Responsibilities:
During the internship period the candidate will operate on these processes:
- Customer relationships and workload management for multiple market/site pack launch and change controllers and other change request initiators
- Regulatory and quality approvals for new pack creations and change requests are progressed.
- Monitors and reports performance measures on own area of work.
- Operational Excellence / Lean Sigma principles to deliver continuous improvement in performance and elimination of waste at an individual level and with other members of the team.

Basic qualifications:
Good standard of higher education;
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Modern Language.
Fluent English (C Level) and other foreign languages;
Problem solving ability / negotiating skills. Can deal with non-routine issues by adopting a flexible approach to solutions;
Able to understand and manage complexity both from a technical and a people / cultural perspective.
Able to work under demanding time pressures and constraints;
Team working skills;
High level PC skills;
Able to communicate effectively through a range of media, to various levels in the organisation;
