Specialist, Compliance Belgium Engineering & Maintenance

Your Responsibilities:
Provides support and expertise to ensure performance and high quality level in the activities supporting the Operational activities of BeEM and its processes (Metrology, Automation/process control, Maintenance, Spare, Engineering, Validation)

Key Responsibilities:
• You gives the support to the operational teams to comply with Quality requirements in terms of quality objectives:
- Helps in the day-to-day management of unplanned events to respect the business targets,
- Gives support to the operational teams to conduct effective and qualitative investigations on quality issues and set appropriate definition of actions (CAPA's),
- Helps the technicians/managers in the documentation of unplanned events/CAPA in SAP to allow a high quality of the content and a state to the art in deviation/CAPA processes.
• You gives support for the organization of self-inspections (universe, planning, CAPA) and the coordination of inspections.
• You gives support for the preparation and follow up of change controls, coordinates the change controls in SAP
• You maintains right and uniformed Compliance practices in BeEM by ensuring that standards, specifications & guidelines are communicated, adapted and respected,
• You gives operational support to managers in their day-to-day quality concerns follow-up.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
- Industrial or Civil Engineer - or equivalent through sufficient background - with min experience of 2 years in a job with quality responsibilities on technical matters (deviations management, CAPA , ...)
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is required.

Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of GMP's, pharmaceutical quality Standards,
• Strong affinity with Quality processes and activities,
• Ability of Coaching.
• Technical background in electricity, automation or metrology is a plus
