Shopper Activation Manager

Your Responsibilities:

Shopper Category Manager CZ/SK
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Category Management process and projects to grow both the OHC products and categories sales
• Transform central brand strategies into annual activation plans for Czech and Slovak markets, respecting their specifics and business environment including brand channel customer specifics
• Create and recommend shelf schematics for new and existing retail outlets and key retail channels
• Set merchandising guidelines and train field force to implement GSK merchandising strategy on shelf
• Continuous research of shopper behavior, challenging current shopper profiles and segmentation when required, identifying new trends in competitive set
• Leverage existing shopper data to shape and influence shopper plans, identifying product range and brand engagement opportunities when appropriate. Prepare ad hoc analysis based on facts and data about the market brand trends
• Develop price and promotional strategy in line with the target consumer demographic, category opportunities and business profit targets. Identify and scope pricing & promotional scenarios in line with customers' strategies and internal corridor rates requirements
• Identify new opportunities to engage the shopper across relevant touch points, pioneering best in class activations using a "Test and Learn" approach when appropriate
• Execute excellent shopper activation at the point of purchase
• Support launches with best-in-class in store activation activities to help deliver sales and marketing objectives
• Evaluate shopper activities and provide recommendations for future plans and improvements
• Manage promotional shopper marketing budget with ROI focus
• Monthly salary - 1 800 €

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• University degree
• International FMCG / OTC company in Shopper marketing department / Category Management - min. 2 years
• CatMan software
• In store communications, trade/retail marketing experience, category management
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills, ability to identify opportunities and drawing recommendations
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail landscape
• Natural presenter and able to present facts and data in simple yet persuasive manner
• Strong project management skills - self-sufficient in prioritizing, organizing workloads, planning ahead, motivating others and building relationships
• Advanced English
