Scientist, Cellular Analytics

Basic qualifications:

B.Sc., M.S.or PhD in Cell Biology, Virology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years (B. Sc), 5 years (M.S.), 2 years (Ph.D.) relevant experience.
  • Proficient in design and execution of cell-based assays. Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and FACS analysis is required.
  • Require In-depth knowledge with viral infection and detection.
  • Experience on writing SOPs and technical reports.

Preferred qualifications:

Working knowledge of ELISpot is desirable.

  • Exemplary communication and problem solving skills.
  • Experience working in matrix environment with a good understanding of the cross-functional facets of development.

Details:

Within the Analytical Development organization, the Scientist of Molecular & Cellular Analytics will develop and execute cell-based bioassays, support product and process development, develop and transfer release and stability assays for GMP testing for Phase 1 and Phase 2, according to Quality by Design principles in partnership with other Technical R&D functions, Quality and Regulatory.
