As a member of this team YOU can report to the Head of Expert and work closely with the field management, marketing and organizational capability & performance teams.

This role will focus on being a key business partner in order to provide best in class, ongoing in role development and training of the Expert Sales customer facing team.

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Train, coach and develop sales associates,
  • Assist with the design, development and implementation of the complete training curriculum (on boarding & technical training included) for sales associates.
  • Key role along with Marketing and Organizational Capability & Performance(OCP) colleagues in development of HCP facing materials e.g. clinical data summaries, sales aids, meeting materials, etc.
  • Coach to the core competencies of GSK Next Gen Selling Framework to enable new and established associates to master the sales call as part of the sustainment plan.

Partner with OCP team to strategically create and update training initiatives based on the evolving marketplace and customer needs.

We are looking for people/professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

Bachelor's degree and Minimum of 4 years' Consumer and/or Pharmaceutical sales experience

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to deliver creative ideas for change and continuous improvement for coaching and training sales associates.

Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills.

Demonstrates ability to work cross - functionally and collaboratively.
