Reward Consultant- 12 month contract

GSK are looking for a Reward Consultant to join our team in Abbotsford on a 12 month maternity contract. As part of the local Reward team, the Reward Consultant provides specialist reward advice to all businesses within the ANZ GSK market. The role requires a seasoned Reward professional to work through priorities, complex issues across all aspects of Reward within a busy team.

What will you be doing?

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

•Consult with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to provide specialist reward advice
•Remuneration recommendations
•Job Evaluations (Benchmarking & Job Grading)
•Completion of salary surveys and management of data quality for Talent Reward
•Support the management of the Reward team inbox, ensuring queries are responded to in a timely fashion, with a focus on quality and accuracy
•Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of annual salary and bonus review
•Support the execution of specific GSK Reward projects - both global and locally-initiated

What we are looking for?

Must have:

•Advanced Excel skills (including ability to work with significant datafiles, use formulae, vlookups, pivot tables, 'if' statements etc)
•Highly numeric and able to interpret complex data
•Highly analytical and to consolidate many sources of data for recommendations and decision-making
•Experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking
•Experience in completion of salary surveys
•Strong stakeholder management skills
•Strong communication skills to help discuss and interpret complex data for all audiences

Preferred:

•Understanding of Global Mobility frameworks and processes
•Long term incentive programs and reporting
•Employee Health and Wellbeing programs
