Responsible for executing assigned deliverables in alignment with Release strategic projects.

We are looking for people/professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Knowledge of Altiris Server Management Suite
Proven experience in troubleshooting issues, and ability to identify root cause.
Ability to follow documented procedures
Troubleshooting Altiris agent issues
Provides customer support and follows through to completion the resolution of issues and queries regarding release and installation processes and procedures
Ability to understand and write SQL queries
Direct involvement in carrying out Project activities, Incident Management processes, process improvement programs, new service offerings, and service measure definitions/metrics reporting.
Ensures service performance using Six Sigma, PS3 (People, Services, Strategies and Solutions) and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) principles
Previous scripting experience (vbscript, powershell, bash), Good knowledge of major server operating systems Windows, Solaris, RHEL, HPUX, AIX, ESX. (in-depth knowledge of all operating systems is not required)
