Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1. Achieve business objectives:
1.1 To achieve organizational goals through managing and coaching regional teams, share professional communication experiences and market intelligence.
1.2 To work closely with marketing department and medical department to ensure marketing strategy for individual products is linked closely to business objectives. Identify development opportunities through holistic assessment of own business area so as to deliver professional academic communication activities to the right patient.
1.3 Ensure business/marketing campaigns are fully implemented with timely feedbacks;
1.4 Maintain good communication with key opinion leaders and experts to ensure support to the professionalism of marketing activities.与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通，来确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性。
1.5 Manage resources appropriately per company guideline and implement the right workforce planning.
2. People/team management
2.1 Provide supervision and coaching to district managers to support their leadership, innovative competence development
辅导下属提高专业知识技能，激励团队的专业能力发展。 通过为地区经理和推广经理提供辅导 和帮助，建立培养他们的领导力和创新能力。
2.2 Recruit, develop and maintain talent people to support sustainable development of field force team that living GSK values
2.3 To follow the performance management evaluation process to ensure a high level of motivation, morale and enthusiasm within the field force
2.4 To continuously improve of Field Force Productivity and Effectiveness through collaboration with marketing/medical/sales training department.
3.1 To assist and support in bidding and product listing processes
3.2 To ensure that all activities undertaken by self and the Team are fully comply with the Company's policies, esp. Code of Conduct and S&PPG
3.3 Other tasks assigned by line manager or Company.

- University degree, preferable major in medical science or pharmacy
- 3 years above experience in field force management
- Good in ability to identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of business environment and competition
- Leadership qualities (excellent co-ordination, communication, interpersonal and motivation skills)
- High level of integrity. Patient Focused
