Your Responsibilities:

在区域内建立专业的推广模式, 拓展口腔医学市场,以便占有更大的市场份额。

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1、 在牙科渠道识别商机,形成与公司和销售业务目标完全一致的商业策略
2、 通过创新的销售管理完善团队的销售和推荐模式,确保实现口腔健康市场的全面及持续增长
3、 为DDT成长进一步发展人才
4、 开发针对高增长潜力的新兴城市的分销、可见性策略。
5、 评估和提高销售和推广ROI
6、 协助改进销售KPI体系,提高测量追踪、发现差距、做出改变
7、 实现公司的各项推广目标和商业销售目标

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
有10年以上跨国消费品或医药公司销售营销推广的经验, 至少拥有4年以上管理经验
拥有口腔护理品类或消费保健品在医学市场 成功的销售管理推广经验
中英文流利(书面和口头) , 良好的微软应用技能
诚信、激情、创新, 强大的高效执行能力
