1. 与相关团队协作,推动招标

4. 配送经销商管理系统建设,配送商管理,配送经销商筛选,配送经销商分级
5. 业务联合计划指导,协助销售同事与合作商业的贸易谈判

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
- 大学本科或以上学历,医药、市场营销或相关专业。
• 任职经验Working Experience:
- 具有三年以上药品或消费品销售工作和渠道管理经验。
• 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :
- 熟悉本公司产品及竞争产品市场情况和相关医药政策法规
- 了解国家关于医药招标相关的政策
- 掌握商业渠道销售的工作环节、运作特点,具备一定的供应链管理的知识
- 了解区域管理、资源分配、客户管理的知识
• 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
- 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件,包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes等
- 良好的英语听说读写译能力
• 能力要求Competency:
- 良好的组织协调、人际关系沟通能力
- 较强的独立开展工作的能力
- 良好的分析、计划、执行能力
- 客户关系管理能力
