Job Description Summary-To lead Korea R2R team of 5 staffs in managing General Ledger, monthly and yearly closings, internal and external reporting, inter-company, internal controls (ICF, SOX), and treasury and banking.

Job Description-Key responsibilities:

Ensure that monthly and yearly closings are completed on time and with accuracy.

Review internal and external financial reporting.

Meet the various target KPIs, and keep monitoring for improvements.

Ensue that internal control frameworks including SOX are embedded into the team, and working compliantly.

Support and manage stakeholders such as Finance Biz Partners, Marketing, and HR.

Communicate closely with APAC BSC to be aligned to global processes.

Support tax and statutory work.

Develop team members


Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Business Administration

At least 10 years of working experience in finance areas including general accounting.

Good understanding and experience of internal controls including SOX.

High level of English communication skill in writing as well as speaking

Good inter-personal and communication skills with people management experience

Process oriented mind with project management skill
