Production Executive

Your Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for a Production Executive to join our Global Manufacturing Team. This role will mainly be responsible to lead and manage Value Stream 2 GMP documents (electronic and hardcopies) (SOPs, MBRs, MPBRs, Product Guide, Forms, Report template, Log books, Labels and other related GMP documents) and manage the record retention system for Value Stream 2.

The Role
• Value Stream 2 SOP:
o Manage review and revision of SOPs
o Manage obsolete of SOPs
o Management of SOP combination and new SOP creation (where applicable)
o Management of original copies
o Maintenance of Master Lists (where applicable)
o Management of SOP archiving
• Value Stream 2 GMP documents:
o Creation of New Joiner checklist (where applicable)
o Review and revision of MPBR
o Issuance of EHS checklists, training register, Product Guide and other documents
o Maintain master lists (where applicable)
o Management of document revision
o Management of obsolete documents
o Archiving of original documents
o Management of original copies
o Control, review and issuance of log books.
• Management of Value Stream 2 record retention:
o Coordinate Value Stream 2 record retention schedule
o Point of reference for record retention procedures
o Authorized person for record retention/archiving
o Authorized person for record retrieving
o Filling and maintaining archiving to service provider (CROWN) for related documents
o Coordinate and witness Value Stream 2 record retention destruction together with service provider
• To coordinate trainings related to GMP, Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practice for Value Stream 2 and responsible for Value Stream 2 awareness.
• Assist in managing Value Stream 2 QMS gap analysis tasks
• Assist in ensuring in place and in use of QMS requirements at Value Stream 2
• Conduct level 1 audit for areas of concern.
• Conduct GEMBA in area of concern
• Involvement in identifying and management of risk at respective area and related RCA.
• Value Stream 2 Operations:
o To assist management in overall production activities.
o Ensure that all areas and equipment are maintained in Good Housekeeping condition and in compliance with cGMP.
o Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
o To ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed in the production department.
o To identify safety training needs for the production and organize training programs together with the Safety Coordinator

• Tertiary education, B.Pharm or B. Science of Pharmacy of B. Eng or any other related qualification in Basic Science
• Minimum 2 years' experience in production management or document retention role.
• Good GMP knowledge.
• High standard of communication and writing skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
• Possess good interpersonal, motivational and communication skills to allow effective liaison with internal and external parties.
• Computer literacy.
• Willing to learn.
