NZ Commercial Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities:
About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Business Analyst to join our New Zealand team. The role is responsible for the provision of reporting, insights and recommendations using primary, internal. external and secondary tertiary data sources to assist in business growth. This role is key in driving a data centric culture and to be the champion for imbedding new business intelligence tools and processes engaging collaboratively with strong influence with cross functional teams and senior managers to provide direction and recommendations to the business.

Responsibilities include:
•Evaluate all major promotional effectiveness for GSK and input into the core commercial planning process for all future activations.
•Develop better reporting/dashboard tools that utilise primary, secondary & tertiary data
•Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support commercial account specific plans
•Support the Master Data Management Process and lead relevant processes as assigned.
•Responsible for maintaining the integrity of a NZ Central Report Database.
•Work collaboratively with the AU Business analysts to provide support and drive reporting alignment / simplification between the 2 countries.
•Develop the reporting / dashboard tools to support the business with a deeper understanding of promotional spend by customer and brand.
•Support the finance lead in developing insights and recommendations to support the omnichannel strategy.

About You:
•Strong Analytical Skills and a critical or curious mindset to turn data into actionable insights
•An excellent communicator and confident influencer.
•Good level of interpersonal skills to build strong internal business partnerships that enable the right outcomes.
•Advanced Excel Skills a must.
•Strong Power Points Skills
•Ideally have Power BI or similar experience (e.g. Tableau)
•Relevant degree
