National Trade Marketing – Category Manager
- Proven management experience with specific experience in sales and marketing operations; experience of another FMCG industry would be advantageous.
- Strong collaboration skills allied commercial astuteness and sufficient gravitas to build key relationships internally and externally to gain credibility early in the role.
- A strategic / logical approach with a passion and drive for what they do, as well as the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills

Job Description-Integrates brand strategy and trade strategy to the consumer, yielding profitable and sustainable category growth;
Effectively align brand strategy and execution by functioning as the primary liaison between the sales, marketing and other internal/external functions.
Communicate with principle to align appropriate product mix, pricing strategy, launch plan, and target execution;
Deep analysis on all possible business data to find gap, generate opportunities and learning for further growth (category success model);
Quarterly trade programs/resource efficiency analysis reports to continuously improve the ROI and generate learning;
Involve in rolling 3 months sales forecast on time delivery to customer service to improve accuracy rate;
Analysis, maintenance and validation of the commercial dashboards on a frequent basis to ensure all new opportunities and risks are visible to stakeholders.
