Multichannel Manager

Basic qualifications:

GSK is expanding and innovating the ways we engage our medical community via digital channels. Therefore we are looking for someone who can lead this transformation.

As our Multichannel Marketing Manager, YOU will be responsible for all digital marketing and multichannel activities across our therapy areas. Your core objectives in the role will be to inspire the marketing brand teams and other key stakeholders (Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, Sales) by developing multichannel capabilities and strategy. YOU will be responsible to ensure the implementation and deployment of the global multichannel strategy in your market.

YOU will also have a key role in finding and developing new business opportunities through digital channels, as well for building strategic alliances with key external stakeholders (strategic vendors, health care professionals, etc.).

In order to achieve this, we are looking for professionals who:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related expertise areas.
  • Are strong knowledge in digital marketing channels (web pages, e-commerce, social medias, etc.)
  • Acredit experience in managing multichannel programs (2 years) in pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
  • Acredit experience in working with senior management
  • Have strong capabilities in: influencing, resilience, strategic thinking, team work, managing complexity & change and leadership
  • English proficiency: Advanced or bilingual

Preferred qualifications:

  • Accredit experience in change management projects
  • Completed MBA or other postgraduate studies
