Basic qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in a reputed multinational Company in consumer trade marketing roles

  • Responsible for the regional CTC strategy including planning and performance cycles to maximise CTC opportunities.
  • Create the framework to position GSK as partner of choice in pharmacy segment, minimize Rx substitution, tailor programs to meet customer needs (i.e. pharmacy education platform), provide higher level of management and drive commercial condition efficiencies across markets
  • Review the current commercial approach across the GSK book of business and identify a prioritized approach to potential opportunities in pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesalers
  • Create the framework to develop capabilities that will enhance GSK customer interactions specifically in the pharmacy channel, develop plans to drive portfolio selling ensuring product availability and position GSK as partner of choice in Pharmacy segment
  • Lead the cross-functional teams responsible for implementation of the commercial strategies ensuring all projects are completed and opportunities realized, cross functionally collaborate with key areas logistics, marketing, finance, regulatory, IT, to ensure successful execution of plans.
  • Build capabilities within the markets to drive the correct trade strategy, ensure compliance and legal approval of commercial and marketing programs as necessary
  • Drive stakeholder engagement at various levels (Global, Regional, LOC) across functions (Demand, Supply, Scheduling, Finance, Regulatory, IT and Commercial) to establish trusted relationships and being kept aware of the latest transformation that can have an impact of the plan.
