1.University degree or above, preferably in healthcare related major; MBA could be a plus.
2.Minimum 10 year's solid working experiences in pharmaceutical industry, of which at least 3 years holding Marketing Manager or GPM positions or above in marketing field with MNCs.
3.Fluent Mandarin and excellent English communication both in written and oral.
4.Good marketing competency in terms of situation analysis, strategic thinking, strategies development and project planning and exec tuition.
5.Aggressive, creative and open-minded in order to adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
6.Strong leadership behavior, excellent interpersonal skills, good at communication and with team working spirit.

Lead marketing team to develop world-class pharmaceutical marketing excellence capabilities and ensure implementation for business unit; to provide strategic, competitive advantage and drive incremental performance for business unit.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1.Maximize the sales growth & value of assigned franchise/portfolio within A&P budget
1.1Achieve BU budget contribution and achieve the market share of responsible products through the deployment of effective product management teams.
1.2Provide strategic framework to develop innovative business initiatives and practices and to explore and realize business opportunities, under the leadership of BU GM, China Rx and with co-operation of other functions, including BU Sales, KA, SFE, Sales training, Regulatory, Medical, HR and Finance.
1.3Ensuring the optimal product life cycle and portfolio management, integrating the GSK Rx brand marketing for most effective promotion and field selling.
1.4Build up and lead BU marketing teams, ensuring the development and delivery of brand / therapy strategy and promotional plans; specifically delivering competitive advantage through enhanced speed to market and optimization of sales and profit growth.
1.5Manage and control the marketing and promotional expenditure within the agreed product budgets and ensure the most effective use of this limited expenditure. In particular, to ensure that medical representatives are at all times appropriately resourced with materials and marketing support in order for them to achieve their agreed field selling objectives effectively
2.People/team management and development
2.1Supervise and guide the work of subordinates (usually will be Marketing Manger / Product Manager and/or Assistant Product Manager).
2.2Performance management and appraisals for subordinates.
2.3Upgrade team capabilities and competencies by hiring good people, providing training, coaching, mentoring, etc.
2.4Ensure a high level motivation, morale and enthusiasm within the marketing team via recognition, rewarding etc.
3.1Establish and maintain relationships and strong networks with external customers including External Experts (EE) and medical societies.
3.2Review and agree prior to the Monthly Forecast Review Meeting the monthly demand forecasts and sales phasing for the coming 24 months.
3.3Ensure that all activities undertaken by the marketing team staff fully comply with the Company's policies/standards, and the laws and regulations of China.
