Manufacturing Operator

Your Responsibilities:
• To stage, weigh and process released materials according to GMPs, SOPs, and safety requirements
• Complete mechanical changeover of equipment
• Clean equipment, rooms and general areas for production use
• Prepare and complete all documentation applicable to production i.e.: manufacturing instructions, logbooks, statistical process control charts, and deviation reports
• Manufacturing development and commercial batches
• Perform related computer tasks - SAP, IMS, CDISY, and eBRS
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Trouble-shooting of equipment and process related issues
• Working in other Manufacturing/Packaging areas as required
• Shift work is required (Mainly Days and Afternoons, with possibility of nights)

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• Working knowledge of production equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes, experience with topicals is ideal
• Highly motivated, conscientious, self-managed team player, ideally experienced working in a production team environment
• Proven technical competency
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook are highly desirable
• Must be available for various shift work, as required

Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to use and understand automation solutions such as IP21, eBRS, CDISY, FreeWeigh,etc.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP production transactions or similar operation systems
• Diploma in relevant pharmaceutical field
