Manager, Performance, Project & Risk Management
oAt least 2 to 5 years' experience in Performance, Project and/or risk management
oUniversity degree in life sciences or equivalent
oExpertise of manufacturing operations
oKnowledge and understanding of company processes
oSpoken and written English is nice to have
oStrong interpersonal and people management skills with demonstrated engaging, empowering and decisive leadership style
oStrong building relation skills to gain trust and credibility and to build good social climate within teams (within team and cross functions)
oExcellent team builder / team player
oOperational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma certification) and/or Project Management Certification

- Leads and coordinates strategic Performance Management (Business Performance Review, BPR, and SPU performance indicators) to monitor delivery of SPU plans.
- Establish, drive and monitor Project Management Office (Project Review Board, PRB) to deliver SPU activities according to plan, whilst effectively managing SPU capacity needs & requirements.
- Supports the SPU in executing its Risk Management strategy
- Is a member of the SPU leadership team co-responsible for the SPU results and ensures personal and team objectives are aligned with SPU, Belgium Site (Industrial Operations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and R&D) and GIO/Q goals and objectives
- Supports the SPU in executing the Performance Management
oLeads and coordinates local Business Performance Review board (BPR) to monitor delivery of transversal and local plans
oIdentify and propose Key Performance Indicators in line with team's objectives. Collaborate to establish Performance dashboards requirements and ensures efficient monitoring.
oAssist in the development, the maintenance and usage of Performance Dashboards to analyze team performance. Make proposal for improvements
- Supports the SPU in improving in executing the Project Management portfolio
oLeads and coordinates local Project Review Board (PRB) to monitor delivery of transversal and local plans on a monthly basis
oFacilitate and ensure effective SPU input to contribute to the quarterly and annual review of GIO/Q projects' portfolio (top/down & bottom/up via established governance, YOP process)
oEnsure overall projects' prioritization and monitor progress: ensure appropriate planning and timelines, resources, execution risks and scope statuses, recommending alternative strategies to keep the project within thresholds or ensuring escalation to appropriate governing bodies if necessary
oDefine resource capacity routine vs. non-routine according to central PMO guidelines (annual process)
oMeasure actual resources to adjust capacity against plan on a monthly basis
oOptimizes projects and portfolio management and provide accurate view on resources and planning capacity in order to to optimize the resource utilization and increase the service level for the internal customers
- Supports the SPU in executing the Risk Management strategy
oLeads and coordinates local Risk Review Board (RRB) to monitor delivery of transversal and local plans
oFacilitate risks management within SPU in compliance of tools and methodology as provided by Belgian Risk site coordinator
oEnsure the appropriate escalation of risks to the appropriate level and that the appropriate governance is in place/in use to identify, discuss and monitor risks within SPUs
oAssists in reviewing and prioritizing risks to ensure that they are raised to the appropriate audience
oAssist in establishing risk mitigation plans that include measurable deliverables and ensure effective performance after the mitigation activity has been completed
oWhen applicable, act as a Risk Coordinator for the team to manage to transversal risk (example: Belgian Data Integrity risk linked to SAP use)
