Manager, HCP Engagement – HCP Portal

Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose / Function
The HCP Engagement Manager is a member of the Multichannel Strategy and Operations team responsible for supporting the US Pharmaceutical HCP Web Platform. The manager will work with brands, multichannel execution partners, IT/Tech, matrix stakeholders and agencies to deliver best a best-in-class web experience that delivers customer value, aligns with brand strategy, and drives performance.

Areas of Responsibility
• Partner with brand teams, IT/Tech, web content authors and agencies to create plans that deliver value based web experiences for HCPs and align to inbound campaign drivers
• Use web analytics, voice of customer insights and other tools to propose and lead optimizations to HCP portal that improve customer experience and drive performance
• Collaborate with business and IT/Tech to lead portal roadmap enhancements and content offerings that support business and customer needs
• Ensure brand and copy approval teams, agencies and other stakeholders have working knowledge of current HCP portal standards and style guides
• Lead copy approval process for enterprise content published on HCP portal
• Proactively scan digital landscape to stay current with best practices and drive towards implementing best-in-class capabilities
• Lead and support an ongoing SEO strategy that ensures brand content is highly visible in the market
• Manage projects, ensuring matrix team meets both deadline and budget requirements; proactively communicate progress and obstacles encountered and mitigation plans; Partner with brand and analytics team to develop and measure KPIs and testing plans to optimize experience and drive performance

Why You?

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least five years digital / multichannel marketing or relevant online ecommerce experience

• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed environment that includes a variety of internal and external stakeholders comprised of brand teams, agencies, multichannel execution teams, IT / Tech, Legal and Regulatory

• Demonstrated project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience, knowledge of pharma marketing fundamentals, strategy and US regulations regarding advertising and promotion

• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines and achieve objectives with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the tactical execution/delivery of digital marketing initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues/anticipate challenges and present recommendations/solutions to management

• Previous experience marketing multi brand / product web platforms

• Project management skills & experience working in digital/multichannel/portals, ability to influence and drive continuous improvement

• Working knowledge of web content management and analytic platforms (e.g., Adobe)

• Experience participating in agile methodologies

• Proven ability to deliver results within established timelines

• Demonstrated project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
