Your Responsibilities:
Job purpose:

You will be part of a team that reports to the Finance Department of a Belgian based company also headquarter of a global vaccines business.
Locally you will provide the legal support in corporate law.
As part of the headquarter you will be the driver of the oversight of the legal structure of the entities that are part of the global vaccines business (18 legal entities in 12 different countries

Key responsibilities:

• For the Belgian legal entity:
You will be in charge of the corporate law matters and of its participation in other legal entities.
You will manage the meetings and the documents/acts that need to be legally executed in the life of the legal entity or that need to be provided to the business (Board of Directors, Shareholder's meetings, POA's....) as well as the punctual transactions relating to the legal entity (increase in capital, liquidation, start up....) in coordination with the N+1, the external lawyers, the public notary, senior management and Corporate.
You will assess the impact of the changes in the legislation and will recommend the appropriate actions to ensure compliance of the legal entity.
• For the other legal entities part of the vaccines business (18 legal entities in 12 different countries): you will be in charge of the oversight and you will give support to the business (from providing advice to preparing the transactions with internal/external lawyers).
• You will advise the senior management on guidelines to be implemented in all the legal entities being part of the vaccines business
• You will legally advise and coach the business on these matters

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• University degree in law and specialized degree in Corporate Law or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 10 years' experience as a lawyer.
• Experience at the Bar and/or in the vaccines business is a plus.
• Fluent in English and in French

Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to work on stress, independently and to manage a variable and often heavy workload.
• Ability to interact with various departments
• Ability to work with different countries and cultures
• Rigorous and well organized
• Having the sense of initiative and proactive
• Good communication skills
