Key Account Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
• Coordination of communication and information flow inside the department, in relations with other business areas, including the area of international customer structures,
• Analysis and preparation of recommendations for solutions in the area of product promotion and distribution
• Support in creating processes and procedures regarding:
- monitoring the implementation of central arrangements (including promotion, communication, exposure)
- monitoring trade agreements
- monitoring budgets for individual clients in the area of the department
• Analysis of sales reports and other data for the needs of supervisors and managers of a sales department
• Preparation of specific reports / non-standard data for the department's needs
• Settlement of shopper marketing actions
• Coordination of forecasting processes
• Organization of meetings and preparation of communication materials
• Ensuring proper circulation of administrative and accounting documents related to the functioning and implementation of the department's tasks
• Observing and following the law and all GSK ethical norms

Basic qualifications:
• 2 years of commercial experience in FMCG / Mass Market
• University degree
• High organizational and analytical skills
• High communication skills
• Ability to develop business area in scope along path to purchase
• Experience of influencing business stakeholders through planning, communication and influencing commercial acumen
• Fluent English
• PnL understanding and ability to execute commercial KPI's
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
