We are currently recruiting for a IT Service Consultant, CRM Technical Analyst (Veeva/SFDC) to join us.

We are currently seeking IT Service Consultant. You will be part of a young and exciting team of experienced consultants. As a member of the service consultants team you will be responsible for providing support for Veeva CRM system and related tools, knowledge management and data interface related activities. You will receive all the required training and support required for this role.

Key responsibilities:

–Providing support for Veeva CRM systems,

–Cooperating with business users from all around the world,

–Managing KPI's

–Knowledge management.

–Root cause analysis

Basic requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting for applications,
  • Strong verbal & written English and Mandarin communication skills,
  • Ability to learn new concepts and software independently and quickly,
  • Being up-to-date with technologies.
  • Basic programming and scripting

Additional requirements:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems,
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC),
  • Knowledge of Veeva/ CRM
  • Experience in databases and data management,
  • Experience in XML/HTML.
  • Experience in mobile platforms,
