IT Business Analyst

Basic qualifications:

Degree in IT or similar

Client facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills

GSK are seeking a high achieving IT professional who is ambitious, career driven and wanting to diversify their IT skills and partner with the business. The purpose of the role is to support the rollout of new technology solutions and work with the business to drive efficiency, savings, insights and innovation through IT.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of global technology platforms across ANZ
  • Support and train business users on collaboration & communication tools and technology
  • Support global IT strategic deployments by partnering with the global project teams and the local business.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for technology advice and guidance to the business

What we are looking for:

  • University qualifications in Information Technology or similar
  • Proven experience in a client facing role
  • Proven experience in implementing IT solutions and driving project outcomes and deliverables
  • Lead & facilitate workshops and training
  • A proactive communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
