Inventory Senior Analyst

Basic qualifications:

As a member of this team YOU can support the validation of data within accounting systems and KPIs production; It is expected that the Senior Analyst has an active participation in the Process Implementation initiatives as well as in other strategic projects of the Service Center.

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Responsible for SB14 Submission and Profit release analysis
  • Active participation in the Process Implement initiatives as well as in other strategic projects of the Service Center.
  • Ensure a correct distribution of workload among team members and a direct interaction with the customers.

Booking Journal Entries in JDE(analysis review and backup check)

Deferred variances, revaluation impacts, IPT

IPT volume submission

Report (CBGC): Identify and correct differences

Inventories annual revaluation (calculation, booking, and monthly amortization)

Request the upload in JDE of the new standard cost for the following year, validate variances between YtY.

Actual cost vs. standard cost provision (calculation, booking, and monthly amortization)

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Graduated from a technical school (preferable)
  • University career completed (Bachelor) or about to be completed- Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering.
  • MS Office- Intermediate-advanced excel.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • 3 yrs experience in the accounting field.
  • At least 2 areas of expertise within GSK (for internal candidates).

Preferred qualifications:

However, if you have the following, it would be a plus

  • Analytical skills able to interpret data and make informed decisions based on facts.
  • Ability to organize and understand financial data for input into pre-established models/spreadsheets and extract and load data required.
