As a member of this team YOU will supporting the CARICAM In Country Shared Service Team, and different BSC Service Lines, in the execution of activities that require F2F interaction in the different countries of the region.
The ICSS Senior Analyst will also support the ICSS Lead CARICAM in the change of current processes to a standard, and the migration stabilization of some activities into the LFS in Costa Rica. The position will have a key role in the identification and deployment of improvement opportunities across FS, Finance Embedded and the local markets.
The position could be located either in Panama or Costa Rica.
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- P2P: Support timely supplier payments, support front end supplier´s invoices monitoring, follow up of market Issues, support purchase order requesters, support timely approval of expense reports.
- R2R: Perform quarterly provisions, support timely accounting records, review bank reconciliations and support fixed assets physical count.
- T&S: Coordinate the presentation of FS local audit requirements, and other activities that require F2F interaction. Support update of accounting legal books
- O2C: Ensure data entry to request Fixed Asset invoicing, support timely deposits and notification of collections (just apply for Jamaica)
- Physical archives: Ensure appropriate storage of physical documents under ICSS scope
- Participation of key projects: CERPS Readiness (PO compliance, AMEX, BSR), Urgent Payments, POT, Fixed Assets, Physical archiving (Record Retention Policy), among others
- Lead weekly ICSS comm cells, definition and monitor of KPIs
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
University degree in , accounting, finance or business administration
Intermediate English Level is a must (advance level desirable).
Minimum 2 year of experience performing accounting, auditing or a related roles (Shared Services experience desirable)
