IBL - Sales Excellence & Capabilities Associate (Abbotsford)

In this role you will work in the Sales Excellence & Sales Capability Team where you will support key initiatives that focus on improving the productivity & Capability of the Pharmaceutical business sales force. The team is responsible for improving the effectiveness of the Sales Force through improving all aspects of sales operations.

Projects are many and varied, Sales Excellence works on all facets of the business, as the main communications channel between Head Office and our 220 strong field force. As a result, you build stronger relationships with colleagues, interacting with numerous departments and teams on a daily basis. This increased exposure to networking and working across boundaries, highlights the key difference between this position and other marketing roles.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Sales & Marketing Excellence manager to plan and implement key Sales Excellence Projects such as Salesforce Compensation Scheme, utilising a multi channel marketing approach.
  • Building and managing the Sales Communications platforms (Sales Intranet Site, Sales Force communications platforms, Rep support tools).
  • Manage Sales Excellence & Sales Leader Website and develop strategy to improve effectiveness.
  • Support planning, coordination & implementation of National Sales Meetings in 2018.
