IBL – Established Brands Associate (Auckland)

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Market Access Manager to manage the Established Brands portfolio. This role is an ideal entry into a Pharmaceutical company in NZ and the successful candidate will obtain an overview of the business and experience in the tendering and reimbursement environment in NZ.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Assisting the Market Access Manager in managing the Established Brands portfolio which consists of 33 off-patent medicines that are currently supplied in NZ. This will involve forecasting, metric preparation and presentation, development of reports and tender analysis.
  • Assisting in undertaking special projects within the Directorate.
  • Providing support to the team during periods of intense activity.
  • Developing specific analyses for the team.

What we are looking for?

  • You must be in your penultimate year of a Bachelor Degree in Business/ Economics/Commerce/Marketing/ Law/ Pharmacy
  • An interest in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry is favourable
  • Strong passion and interest in the placement field
  • Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Good with numbers and scenario modelling
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Initiative and an eagerness to learn
  • Customer focus
  • High attention to detail, rigor and process
  • Excellent project management, to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing projects
