Basic qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor Degree background (Human Resources, Business or Psychology degree preferred)
  • Minimum achievement of a Second Upper (or equivalent) or GPA 3.0 and above
  • Authorized to work within Singapore
  • No more than 2 years post graduate work experience
  • Location mobility across country and willingness to travel internationally

We'll give you a breadth of experience in the three core areas of our HR model (HR services, business-aligned and centre of excellence) across different business areas such as Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Healthcare and supporting functions. Initial roles are within Singapore. But we're a truly global organisation, so you may find the opportunity to gain international experience while on the programme and/or in the future.

We're looking for clear, effective communicators who can quickly build a rapport with a wide range of people. You will receive an email from us with a link to a personalized 'my assessment' homepage where you can access your first assessment. Please note, you will be given 7 days to complete the assessment, starting from the date the assessment link has been sent. If you don't complete the assessment within 7 days, the test will expire and your participation in our assessment process will come to an end. We would like to advise you to review your email daily to check whether you have been sent your assessment.
